Once your request has been approved, you will receive an automated email confirming your consultation call with a link to complete a short questionnaire. The responses to the questionnaire will assist in not wasting your time and you can be better served. NOTE: If you do not receive this email within 24 hours after your request, please check your spam folder or send an email stating you have not received the confirmation email.
To ensure your requested time is kept, the questionnaire must be completed 24-hours before your scheduled consultation call--there is no exception. If the questionnaire is not completed, your scheduled consultation call will be canceled without further notice, and you will need to request another consultation call.
